install meego-tablet-ia32-1.2.0.90.0.20110517.1 target

Hi,
I'm using ubuntu 10.10,but when I install the meego-tablet-ia32-1.2.0.90.0.20110517.1 target,it display the message:

Hi,

It seems that the file '/usr/lib/madde/linux-i686/cache/meego-tablet-ia32-madde-sysroot-1.2.0.90.0.20110517.1-fs.tar.bz2' is not correct, maybe you should check it's MD5.
Or could you untar it correctly? 'tar xvf '/usr/lib/madde/linux-i686/cache/meego-tablet-ia32-madde-sysroot-1.2.0.90.0.20110517.1-fs.tar.bz2'
